Check-In:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For spa parties of 4 or more, arrival 30 minutes early is required. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to remain on schedule for other guests.
Gift Certificates:

Not valid for groups of 3 or more.

All sales are final.

Certificates issued before 11/1/2017 are no longer accepted due to new ownership.

Discounts & External Promotions:
We offer discounts year-round. Please note:

Discounts and promotions may not be used on holidays, in groups of 3 or more, or for pre-booked appointments.
Attire:
Dress comfortably. We provide everything needed for a relaxing experience.
Health Conditions:
Kindly inform us of any medical conditions when booking so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Patch Tests:
A patch test is required 24 hours prior to glycolic or lactic acid peels. Please consult with your esthetician or guest services during booking.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in service prices. 15–20% is customary. An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to groups of four or more.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full amount.

No-shows will be charged in full, including the redemption of gift certificates or promotional deals.

After three consecutive reschedules, the full price or applicable gift card/special will be applied.

Booking confirms your appointment. Reminders are sent, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment time.
Helpful Tips:

Stay well-hydrated before and after services.

Turn off your phone upon arrival.

Avoid shaving before body scrubs/wraps.

Men: Avoid shaving your face 48 hours prior to a facial.

Waxing: Please allow at least two weeks of hair growth.
