Some Things To Know - How to Make the Most of Your “Dreamy” Day at the Spa

 Check In:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Spa Parties need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. Please arrive on time.  If late we may have to adjust your services in order to stay on schedule for our other guests

Gift Certificates:

Can not be used in parties of 3 or more. All sales are final

Any Previous Gift Certificates purchased before 11/1/2017 will not be accepted due to new ownership 

Discounts and External Website Specials:

We offer discounts year round on our services/packages. Here is the need to know: 

  • When buying a discounted package/service/gift certificate be in mind that we do not allow them to be used on holidays in groups of 3 or more or on services already booked.

  • We have limited space for external website specials. We offer in house pricing and only allow 1 per person every 12 months

Please dress comfortably for your spa day. Dream will provide everything for you to make your spa experience relaxing.

Health Conditions:
Please notify guest services of any health conditions  before scheduling your appointment so we may provide the best treatment for you.

Patch Test:
It is required to receive a patch test 24 hours in advance of receiving a glycolic or lactic acid peel.  Please consult your aestheticism or guest services when booking your appointment.

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. They may be given at your discretion.  Fifteen to twenty percent is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of four or more.

Cancellation Policy: 

A $25.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be made if you cancel 48 hours prior to your service.  If you are to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment the full price will be charged, We do our best to confirm appointments 72 hours in advance to ensure your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full price per person/service, excluding Oh La La services​

  • Appointments that are no-shows will be charged the full amount of services scheduled. This includes the redemption of gift certificates and external website specials. 

  • After 3 consecutive reschedules/cancels we will charge the full price of your services or redeem any gift card/special.



  1. Drink plenty of water before and after spa services.

  2. Turn cell phone off when entering spa..

  3. Avoid shaving prior to a body scrub or wrap treatment

  4. Allow at least two weeks of hair growth for waxing services
