Hot Stone~ This combination of heat therapy and massage will melt away tension and relax the muscles. While the massage strokes gently work out the kinks of the body, leaving you with a relaxed and grounded feeling.

Deep Tissue Massage~ A full body massage using firm pressure to alleviate aches and pains. Ideal for those seeking focused attention on specific muscles and joints. Perfect for those who have sports injuries and sore muscles.

Pregnancy Massage~ During pregnancy a woman’s body undergoes many changes, massage is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote general well-being. This massage relieves normal discomforts, aids circulation and relaxes tense muscles, leaving the mother-to-be feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Full Body Salt or Sugar Glow~ The “Ultimate” body polish. This invigorating blend of aromatic sea salts, mineral salts and essential oils is massaged gently into the skin, removing impurities, dead skin cells and stimulating circulation. Skin surfaces feeling renewed, relaxed and refreshed.(Followed by a warm body rinse.)

Body Wrap

Our Signature Body Treatments begin with a gentle exfoliation with sugar and grapeseed oil to prepare the skin for the wrap experience. While you are wrapped you will enjoy a soothing scalp and neck massage. At the conclusion of your treatment you will soak in our luxurious overflowing tub while enjoying one of our selections of hot teas.
