Things To Know - How to Make the Most of Your “Dreamy” Day at the Spa

Check In:
Early is always better. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to check in with Guest Services and then relax in our lounge to prepare for your services. Your spa attendant will provide you with the beverage of your choice before you begin your day. Spa Parties need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the party.
Late Arrival:
Please arrive on time. If late we may have to adjust your
services in order to stay on schedule for our other guests.
Attire:
Please dress comfortably for the spa. Your spa attendant will provide a lush robe and slippers for your day with us. A garment bag will be provided for your garments, jewelry, purse, etc. Wear what is comfortable for you during treatments. Your therapist will provide undergarments for the body treatments. If you wish you may bring a bathing suit with you.
Health Conditions:
Please notify guest services of any health conditions before scheduling your appointment so we may provide the best treatment for you.
Patch Test:
It is required to receive a patch test 24 hours in advance of receiving a glycolic or lactic acid peel. Please consult your aesthetician or guest services when booking your appointment.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service. They may be given at your discretion. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of six or more.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your service. We do our best to confirm appointments 24 hours in advance to ensure your scheduled appointment. Suggestions:
- Drink plenty of water before and after spa services.
- Turn cell phone off when entering spa.
- Bring a swimsuit if you would like for the steam room or sok tub.
- Avoid shaving prior to a body scrub or wrap treatment
- Allow at least two weeks of hair growth for waxing services
